Request For Proposal for Public Art Project. Visitors to our downtown really enjoy our Tour of Trees. These trees were painted over seven years ago and it is time for a refresh. They will be sandblased and repainted green. We are looking for an artist to give these ten trees a refresh. All mediums will be considered, maybe paint, maybe vinyl, we ask the artist to share their designs.
