From rescue runways to Suffolk runways… this place feels like home to us. ❤️✈️🐾
After safely delivering 19 rescue dogs to the next leg of their journey to forever homes, we stopped for one of our favorite traditions at Suffolk Executive Airport — where friendships, flying, and rescue missions all come together.
Andrew and little co-pilot Abigail were soaking up the sunshine after another successful transport mission, while Scarlett was probably already thinking about BBQ. 😄 Suffolk BBQ has become a favorite stop for our crew over the years, and this airport holds so many memories for us.
Every flight means another chance at life for dogs who desperately needed one. And moments like this — standing on the ramp after a mission knowing 19 dogs are now safe — remind us exactly why we do it.
Some airports are just airports.
This one feels like family. ❤️
