The Hitchhikers

The Hitchhikers We are The Hitchhikers, a Student-run FIRST Robotics Team from North Carolina.

Founded in 2010, The Hitchhikers is a student-run team that seeks to inspire both their members and others in their area to pursue interests in science and engineering through their various outreach programs and by competing in the yearly FIRST Robotics Competition.

Thank you so much to our alliance partners 5190 and 6004, and a special thanks to all of the coaches, mentors, and volunteers for making the event happen.

This past week, we were given the opportunity to demo three of our robots (Benjy, Trillian, and Lunkwill) for the Unit 99 Boy/Cub Scouts in Morrisville. We had a great time and loved showing our new friends the wonders of FIRST!
