The community pool will open starting Monday, June 1st. Owners must follow ALL posted signage at the pool. Members shall at all times while accessing/using the pool facilities adhere to the terms and conditions set forth in all applicable Orders issued by the North Carolina Governor and/or Wake County, and all guidelines issued by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

FYI: Most likely the pool season will not start as planned on May 9th, due to the recent stay-at-home order phased by the Governor.

Effective March 18, 2020, all in-person meetings will be cancelled until further notice due to the height of the coronavirus (COVID-19) crisis. We are hopeful this concern is short-lived and all are safe during this time.

We will notify the community when the next Community HOA Meeting is scheduled. Stay safe and healthy!

We heard you!

We would like to thank our homeowners for your participation in our recent annual meeting on January 16th.

On Thursday, January 23, we met with Elite Management and discuss our expectations with them and placed them on a 90 days performance improvement plan per our contract. It is our expectations that Elite provides solutions that help our community achieve measurable results by transparency, updated technology, increased communication, and enhanced support.

We are working on the minutes from the meeting and will have it updated on the website within the next few days.

We continue to ask that you share your feedback, concerns and ideas with us!

Dear homeowner,

In an effort to consolidate all information to one place, we are utilizing the Caddell Woods’s HOA website as a “one stop shop” for all information concerning the neighborhood. On the site you will find information regarding upcoming events, HOA board meetings, approved minutes, financials, calendar, etc. To get to the site please go to https://www.elite-mgmt.com/commsearch/caddell-woods-homeowners-association/; some information is password protected, so please reach out to Elite Management for the password to those areas. The board will be distributing newsletters on an as needed basis, we encourage all residents to utilize the site as much as possible.

We always encourage your feedback and ideas to improve the neighborhood and nourish the friendly atmosphere that continues to define Caddell Woods. We are looking to do some fun and family friendly events again, such as the annual pool party. We will need volunteers and participants to make these events a success, so please look to the website and upcoming emails and/or newsletters for more details. Once again, thank you for the opportunity to serve the neighborhood and we look forward to a prosperous new year!

Wow!! What a wonderful day for our 3rd Annual Pool Opening Party!!

Lots of food, folks, and fun!!

Thanks to all who made it to the party!

I especially want to thank my husband, John, for helping setup, and serve food, as well as fellow Board members, Diana Zambrano, Michele Beene, and Victoria Bledsoe. Way to go team!

Hi Neighbors,
I regret we've had to make the decision to have to postpone JUST THE PARTY due to weather forecasts calling for 90-100% of severe thunderstorms all day Saturday, May 11.

The official pool opening will still be on May 11, though the likelihood of swimming may not be possible.

The Pool Opening Party will be Saturday, May 18, 2019. Same schedule for music, food, and registering for your new fob for entering the pool complex.

We look forward to seeing everyone on May 18. Food serving begins at noon!

It's that time of year to celebrate the opening of our community pool!

This year, we will be replacing the key locks, and moving to a fob based system. Each homeowner will receive one fob, with the option to purchase, at a reduced rate, a second fob. Please be on the lookout for more information on distribution, and cost.
