This page is here to help keep our neighborhood informed about community amenities, including updates, announcements, upcoming events, maintenance notices, and other important information related to the pool, clubhouse, and neighborhood.

To help keep communication clear and manageable, comments are turned off on posts. Our Amenities Committee members are volunteers, and it is not expected that they monitor or respond to Facebook comments or messages.

If you have questions, concerns, maintenance requests, or suggestions regarding the pool, clubhouse, neighborhood amenities, or committee-related matters, please contact Charleston Management. They will ensure your message is directed to the appropriate Board member, committee volunteer, management representative, or vendor so it can be addressed through the proper channels.

And reminder - all gates must remain closed at all times!

Dear Homeowner(s),

As our community continues to grow, we are pleased to share that we now have an active Pool & Amenities Committee to assist with monitoring concerns, identifying maintenance needs, and helping improve our community amenities.

To ensure that questions, concerns, and maintenance issues are addressed appropriately, please direct all pool, clubhouse, neighborhood, and committee-related concerns to Charleston Management. They will route your message to the appropriate Board member, committee member, vendor, or management representative as needed.

Please remember that all Board and Committee members are volunteers who generously donate their time to serve our community. We kindly ask that residents do not approach Board or Committee members at their homes, while they are enjoying the pool, or during personal and family time regarding community matters. Email remains the most effective and appropriate method of communication and helps ensure that concerns are documented and addressed properly.

If you observe a pool or amenity issue, such as broken equipment, maintenance concerns, or potential safety hazards, please email Charleston Management with as much detail as possible, including:

• A description of the issue
• The exact location (for example, "pool deck near the showers")
• The date and time the issue was discovered
• Photos, if available

Providing detailed information allows for quicker identification and resolution of concerns.

Inquiring minds want to know …
As many have noticed, there was a new concrete pad and wall built near the ramp entrance at the back of the pool.
Per Charleston Management: It is for the new dumpsters - approved by the city and trash company.

Pool Update:
The clogged splash buckets have been repaired, and the replacement for the fourth bucket is expected to arrive this week.

Friendly Reminder:
Per pool policy, balls of any kind are not permitted within the pool area. Additionally, please do not throw any objects into the splash buckets.
These activities have caused damage to the buckets and may result in additional repairs and downtime. We appreciate everyone’s cooperation in helping keep our pool safe, functional, and enjoyable for all residents.
