Maui Mediation Services

Maui Mediation Services Mediation is an effective, inexpensive way to resolve a dispute quickly. They are assisted by third party neutrals, called mediators.

It's a voluntary process in which two or more people meet face to face to work out a mutually acceptable solution. All in person services are by appoint only, including document pick up and drop offs; face coverings are required. Our staff is available by phone and on line during normal business hours, Monday - Friday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
