1.Fill material- this could be 6 inch minus rock and soil for the first layers finishing up with base course for the top compaction layers.We will need several thousand tons of material ( one truck and trailer is 30 tons)
2.A loader or second best would be a dozer-lots of work pushing material around.Since everything is above ground a big excavator would not be as useful.
3.Mini excavator

-used for shaping the walls a bobcat could do some but the mini would be better
4.A large roller-lots of compaction to be done
5.Plate compactor-always needed
6. re-bar and concrete mesh-LOTS of it # 3,4,5 re-bar or 6-6 10-10 mesh
7.Screws -We need 3 inch and 1 and five eighths drywall screws.All the forms are screwed together with little use of du-plex nails. so we could easily use 50 pounds of each
8.Tie wire -10 rolls or so would be good
9.Shovels,rakes,picks
10wheel barrows
11.marking paint
12.string line
13.Metal stakes-all sizes
14.sheets of plywood,masonite,thermoply.-does not have to be first quality we could even use old rusty metal roofing in a pinch for some of the stuff.
15.lumber-2x4,2x6 .not finish grade its not a piano
16. speed dowells-used for conecting together different sections poured at different times.With theses you do not have to drill to insert re-bar into sections that are done.
