This Page has been created to keep our community informed about a wide range of impactful issues, decisions, projects, and programs. eferred to at the meetings. This Page will not allow Comments, however, each of the Board members’ contact information is listed so that you are able to connect with us via email. The Neighborhood Boards host monthly public meetings between government representatives, elected officials, and members of the community. The WCNB #24 consists of nine members; all members are volunteers, and were elected to do their best to represent our community’s voices in the decision-making process of government. We represent Makaha, Wai’anae, and parts of Maili. (The rest of our Moku is represented by the Nanakuli/Maili Neighborhood Board #36.) The full board meetings for WCNB #24 are held on the first Tuesdays of each month, 6:30pm via Zoom since March 2021 due to the pandemic. The board also hosts monthly sub-committee meetings for Education, Health & Wellness; Hawaiian Affairs; Housing & Homelessness; Land & Ag; Parks; Transportation; and Planning & Zoning.
