Wahoo Lodge No. 59 will be hosting a Grand Lodge of Nebraska School of Instruction for both the Entered Apprentice and Fellow Craft degrees. This will take place on Saturday, 20 Jun 2026, starting at 1:00 p.m. Wahoo Lodge No. 59 and College View Lodge No. 320 will provide the trestle boards for both degrees. At Wahoo Lodge's March 3rd business meeting, WM Brad Tuch presented Bro. Jason Saar with his white leather Masonic apron after proving up in the Master Mason degree. Afterward, WM Brad presented WB Joseph Kaar with the "Grand Master's Leadership Award" for his achievements as Master of Wahoo Lodge in 2025. WM Brad then presented WB Curtis Wolbert with the Grand Lodge of Nebraska's "Secretary Achievement Award" for his time as Secretary of Wahoo Lodge in 2025. Wahoo Lodge also was awarded the "Vitality Award" and "Pillar Award" by the Grand Lodge of Nebraska for a 2nd year in a row for their outstanding achievements in 2025. Congratulations to Wahoo Lodge on an extremely successful year!

On 27 Jan 2026, Wahoo Lodge passed Bro. Jason Saar to the degree of a Fellow Craft Mason. WM Bradley Tuch conferred the degree with WB Gregory Prososki in the West, WB Joseph Kaar in the South, WB Gregory Nabity as Treasurer, WB Curtis Wolbert as Secretary, WB Burton Knudsen as Chaplain, WB Jared Ketner as Senior Deacon, WB R. Michael Lawver as Junior Deacon and Tyler, Bro. Jacob Shade as Senior Steward, and WB Gerald Bontrager as Junior Steward.

The Middle Chamber lecture was given by WB Jared Ketner, and the Letter G lecture was given by WM Bradley Tuch. WB Curtis Wolbert asked the questions in the First Section lecture and Bro. Jacob Shade provided the answers. WB Gerald Bontrager issued the Charge. Thanks to all of the brethren who assisted with Bro. Jason's degree this evening.

Freemasonry is not a religion, not a political organization, and not a secret society — it’s a fraternity built on timeless values like integrity, charity, and brotherly love.

On December 27th, Wahoo Lodge No. 59 held its annual St. John's Dinner at the Wahoo Lodge building. Twenty-two Masons were in attendance, with twelve members from Wahoo Lodge No. 59, seven members from College View Lodge No. 320, two members from Hickman Lodge No. 256, and Deputy Grand Master, MWB Mike Jones from Fidelity Lodge No. 51. Thanks to Bro. Ken Houfek of Wahoo Lodge who provided the outstanding meal, and to everyone who attended this evening and made this celebration a success.

On 16 Dec 2025, Wahoo Lodge initiated Jason Saar to the degree of an Entered Apprentice Mason. Bro. Brad Tuch conferred the degree as Worshipful Master, with WB Lyle McKlem as Senior Warden, Bro. Joe Kaar as Junior Warden, WB Greg Nabity as Treasurer, WB Curtis Wolbert as Secretary, WB Burton Knudsen as Chaplain, WB Jared Ketner as Senior Deacon, WB John Miyoshi as Junior Deacon, WB Mike Lawver as Senior Steward, WB Gerald Bontrager as Junior Steward, and Bro. Jacob Shade as Tyler.
