💚Our journey💚
Hope Meadows Foundation was born from the journeys of two high school friends, Michelle and Anne, who both faced personal struggles and traveled the difficult road to healing. What once nearly broke them became the foundation for a greater purpose, transforming pain into hope and creating a path forward for others.
Years later, life brought them back together at a simple picnic table in the Brecksville Reservation. What began as honest conversation quickly became something greater. Through vulnerability, faith, and a shared belief that healing could happen in deeply meaningful and untraditional ways, a seed was planted, one rooted in hope.
From that picnic table, Hope Meadows Foundation began to grow into what it is today: a place where people can come exactly as they are, carrying trauma, grief, anxiety, addiction, heartbreak, or invisible wounds, and find connection, support, and healing.
At the center of that healing are the horses.
There is something profoundly powerful about a horse. They do not judge, rush, or require words. They remain present, reflect emotion, build trust, and walk alongside each client through the healing process. Often, horses reach the deepest places of the heart without ever speaking at all.
Hope Meadows was built on the belief that healing does not always happen inside four walls or through traditional methods alone. Sometimes healing happens in a pasture, in silence, in connection, and in the presence of a horse whose quiet strength can restore hope and help heal unseen wounds.
Today, Hope Meadows continues to grow through a compassionate team dedicated to walking beside every person who enters our gates. No matter where you are in your journey, you will be met with support, understanding, and a community committed to helping you heal, grow, and rediscover hope.
