Fact:
The Wadsworth Newcomer's Club set up a table repeatedly advertised and collected SEVERAL HUNDRED DOLLARS last year at their annual Carousel of Crafts event in November in the name of a Scholarship Fund.
They not only did not have a Scholarship commitee, did not have any mention of a scholarship in their Bylaws or Standing rules, never presented it to their membership for approval or a vote, but also NEVER presented a scholarship to anyone by the end of their calender year in which the funds were raised.
Shame on you Wadsworth Newcomer's Club
