EAA Chapter 846 Wadsworth OH

EAA Chapter 846 Wadsworth OH Sport Aviation Please come to our next meeting or event as our guest. We meet on the second Thursday of each month beginning at 7 p.m.

We are a group of aviation enthusiasts, aircraft builders, and pilots who get together with like-minded people to share ideas, exchange information, encourage safety, serve the local aviation community and have a lot of fun doing so.

Unfortunately, the weather is conspiring against us, and we have another high wind and stormy day forecast for tomorrow. That, of course, means we will again have to reschedule our Young Eagles event at Burke Lakefront Airport.

Our goal is to provide your kids with an informative, fun and safe aviation experience. The forecast high winds of 20-25 mph would not allow us to do that. To add insult to injury, The EAA email servers are down, making it difficult to notify families in a timely manner.

We are looking at rescheduling again and will be sending out an email to all the families with more information when that is decided. In the meantime, we have other Young Eagles events scheduled this summer, as do other EAA Chapters. You can go to EAAchapters.org for a complete listing of Young Eagles events in the area. We are sorry to have to do this again, and for the late notice. We look forward to a day when we can safely introduce your kids to aviation.
