Congratulations Amy!!
Congratulations to Amy Ruch-Smith on being named the City of Wadsworth’s September Employee of the Month!
Amy is the Administrative Assistant at Soprema Senior Center, where she serves as a welcoming and dedicated first point of contact. She helps seniors connect with needed resources while making each person feel valued through her unwavering patience and compassion. Amy brings creative ideas and practical solutions to improve the Center’s operations, addressing issues before they become larger problems.
In addition, Amy ensures multiple rotating front desks run seamlessly, supporting volunteers of a wide range of ages, personalities, and abilities. Her kindness is inspirational and she handles herself with professionalism inside and outside of the Center’s walls, serving as one of the City’s most valuable public faces. Her positive attitude and commitment make a meaningful difference to both the Center, and the seniors it serves.
