🥳Celebrating the Future of Skilled Trades!

The North Foundation is proud to announce that we have awarded 14 scholarships totaling $13,500 to outstanding graduating seniors pursuing careers in the skilled trades and technical fields for 2026!

What began as a mission to provide just two scholarships has continued to grow thanks to the incredible generosity of our sponsors, donors, and supporters. Because of your support, we are now able to assist students from multiple school districts and career centers throughout our communities.

This year’s scholarship recipients represent:

🔹 Copley High School
🔹 Norton High School
🔹 Barberton High School
🔹 Wadsworth High School
🔹 Portage Lakes Career Center
🔹 Medina County Career Center

These students are pursuing futures in industries that keep our communities moving forward.

We are honored to invest in the next generation of hardworking, determined young men and women who are choosing careers that make a lasting impact.

A dear friend, Dana North took that journey when her husband (Greg) was diagnosed with Cancer in 2013. Together they fought the battle for 7 years until he passed in 2020. Dana started "The North Foundation" to keep Greg's legacy alive! The North Foundation helps others currently battling cancer!
