North Country Road Warriors, Inc. NCRW is a club for walkers and runners on the North Shore of Suffolk County with group walks and runs between Mount Sinai and Wading River.

We pride ourselves on our family atmosphere, cohesiveness, camaraderie and support. GROUP RUNS
Our group runs are currently being organized by the week on our members-only closed group page due to the busy racing season. We will update this public page as runs are confirmed. You are welcome to post on this FB page if you would like to meet up for a group run and await responses before making definitive plans.
