The Garden House would like to give a special thank you to Twinkles Marsh-Taylor of Paparazzi Accessories and Keeya Dunn of CK Vibes for participating as vendors in today’s Chili CookOff Event. Both showed up ready and willing to help support our mission of feeding 10 families for Thanksgiving. They reminded us that our efforts are not in vain and our hope for bringing our community together is and will always be worth it. Please continue to support their businesses by purchasing and promoting their fine products!

It was a blessing to be able to talk and work with these beautiful women today!

Hello Everyone,

As we’re sure most of you know, The Garden House is having our 3rd Annual Chili CookOff coming up on Saturday, November 12th. We are grateful to everyone who has interacted with the posts we’ve made and those who’ve helped promote our events via social media!

This particular post is to allow our supporters to give us advice and their opinions on how we can do more to achieve bigger turnouts for the actually events. Therefore, we pose these questions:

- What ideas or advice do have to help get our community involved?
- What changes would you like to see in your community?
- Have we OVERestimated our publicity?
- Have we not made our mission clear enough?

Our goals and hopes for this non-profit are truly selfless and we believe that we have a part to play in bringing our community together to inspire the next generation. With this, we would love to know if and what we’re doing wrong.

Once again, thank you to those have truly supported us and to those we have been touched by our acts, we are honored to help!

We have an important update about our upcoming BBQ plate sale! We are extending our order and delivery date by one week which means you still have time to place your orders.

The new deadline for placing orders is October 9th. The delivery and pickup date for your orders will be October 12th. We think it is important to give everyone an opportunity to enjoy this delicious meal!
