The Rotary Club of Waconia-West Carver We meet on the 2nd/4th/5th Wednesdays at 7:30 a.m., 3rd Wednesday at 12 noon at Egg-Cetera Cafe, 241 E Frontage Rd, Waconia, MN 55387.

Greg Pavett was honored with a "Service Above Self" award by the Waconia/West Carver Rotary Club on Jan 22nd for his work with Humanity Alliance. Special thanks to Lola's Lakehouse for hosting the end-of-year S.T.R.I.V.E luncheon today!

Each year, graduating seniors volunteer to participate in S.T.R.I.V.E., which stands for "Students Taking a Renewed Interest in the Value of Education." The group meets monthly and engages with guest speakers about various career opportunities. Scholarships are awarded to the top three students with the most improved GPA over the course of the program.

Special thanks to Jeff Hoxie w/ Hoxie Homes & Remodeling, Todd Hann from HomeTown Bank, Peter Hess with Henke Hess Financial Group - Thrivent, Jessica Cook from JLC Interior Design, Joel Johnson from Crown College, Christian Gilbert from Waconia Public Schools, Allen Cole from Island View Golf Club and Jennifer Kaeding from for their time and wonderful presentations!
