As we gear up for 8 years of small business this month, we’re sharing 8 fun facts these next few weeks about Cha Community that you may not already know! ✨

🧋Cha Fun Fact #1- Before storefronts, Cha Community started up as a pop-up tent and eventually our tea and food truck at the Waco Downtown Farmers Market. We’ve been market vendors for 8 years this June and continue popping up every Saturday morning! Rain or shine, y’all continue frequenting our food truck and we’re grateful all the community support! 🌞🌧️

While boba tea is often a popular afternoon or evening drink/dessert in Asia, because we started up our small business on Saturday mornings, many of our guests love boba tea in the mornings! Cheers to the Waco Downtown Farmers Market - where our small business’ origin began! 😘😉

Too many people treat revolutionary work like a discussion topic instead of a survival necessity. Movements don’t collapse only from repression. They also collapse from passivity disguised as participation. Help us take the steps to ensure that We, The People will have the ground when the structures start to crumble — not in effect, but by design.
We are all fighting a system with multiple legs. We need to cross-reference, strategize, and create multiple attack lanes or we won’t get anywhere. This is a call to action, as outreach can only do so much, but if you see this, contact us now. Let’s build the alternative together.

We are building capacity. For some, it’s direct aid. For others, it’s mutual aid networks or creating entirely new survival programs outside the traditional system. There’s groups doing resource mapping, skills sharing, power mapping and using tech to meet community needs.

We are all fighting a system with multiple legs. We need to cross-reference, strategize, and create multiple attack lanes or we won’t get anywhere.
