Business Chaplains of Texas BCT exist for the sole purpose of acting as ambassadors of Christ in the workplace and to the people that drive business.

In today’s society, a large percentage of people do not have any relationship with a local church or other organized religious organization. Yet, daily life continues to usher in its own set of concerns, problems and emotional baggage which simply can impact the work day. Thus, we strive to build a bond between employees and a caring professional. Business Chaplains of Texas exist to offer that ne

eded and caring relationship. A caring relationship between chaplains and employees has a variety of benefits such as assisting with personal and professional life issues. The relationship between chaplains and employees leads to endless benefits. Relationships are developed through mutual concern and confidentiality. Our chaplains seek to provide confidential care, steadfast prayer and worship, crisis intervention and spiritual assistance with other life emergencies. As chaplains connect with the employees, the scope of care and needs begin to impact all facets of the individual and all walks of life. Business Chaplains of Texas has implemented a proven network of career, qualified and trained providers which pursue continued education.
