We Show Up For Each Other
Weeks ago, Royce J. completed Confirmation alongside his friends. Today, when it was time for him to take the next step in his faith journey through baptism, his youth community was there to support him.
Our students gathered together in the Traditional Worship Service to witness and celebrate Royce publicly professing his faith in Jesus Christ and receiving baptism.
“Rejoice with those who rejoice.” — Romans 12:15
This is part of what Christian community looks like. We worship together. We grow together. We pray for each other. And when one of us takes a meaningful step with Jesus, we show up and celebrate together.
Congratulations, Royce! Your church family and your youth community are walking with you. 🙌🏾

First night of VBS was a hit! Loved having youth volunteer and serve from dancing and singing to teaching classes, facilitating games and simply but powerfully showing the love of Jesus Christ! They do not fully realize the impact they are making in the lives of these kids from the Waco community, but the Lord knows!
