We had a fun, fabulous, friendly day selling items at the Waco Farmer’s Market from 9 AM- 1 PM. The rain held off in the morning after our set up and it was a little humid but 🐻 bearable. Thanks so much to all our volunteers- Jeanita B., Christine A., Suzanne M., (on her birthday!) Melissa G., Susan S., Keri K. Barbara H., Georgia L., and Connie K. And a special thank you to Christie M., who enters items on the spreadsheet all year.

A beautiful diamond quilt done in florals and lastly, a quilt that asks the question, “Which came first, the chicken or the egg?”

What a lovely Guild Meeting last night. We broke into three groups and rotated through short presentations given by three of our own members. Marty Taylor showed us an amazingly simple way to finish our quilt blocks “on point”. Mary Segars whipped up a no sew t-shirt bag right before our eyes. And Connie Kincaid impressed us with many ideas for using up the smallest of scraps making zipper bags. Great job, ladies!
