🌟 Texas Masonic Charities Foundation – Hill Country Flood Relief Impact 🌟

Brethren,
The Texas Masonic Charities Foundation is proud to share that, together, the Masons of Texas have collectively donated $22,000 toward relief efforts in the Hill Country.

In addition to these Lodge contributions, the Foundation has awarded over $50,000 in matching and supplemental grants, ensuring that immediate relief reaches affected families, communities, and even Lodges impacted by recent flooding.

These efforts reflect our shared commitment to Hope Through Charity, Servant Leadership, and Operational Transparency β€” values that guide Texas Masons as we come together in times of need.

Fraternal Greetings from the Texas Masonic Charities Foundation. Welcome to the 2025 Grant Cycle! (January 1 – March 31st)

We have made some exciting changes from last year’s program, and we hope these changes will make applying for grants and receiving your matching funds much easier for your lodge and safer for our Fraternity.

For your applications, we are using a single form for you to request Scholarships, Community Grants, and Teacher Honorariums. We ask that your lodge make the decision on which programs you will participate in and commit to your lodge expenditures by program. Once you have those details, please select the link below to complete your application for any or all programs.

https://txmcf.org/grant-request

Secondly, we are committing to delivery of all funds within 14 days of approval via our bill.com vendor. Your lodge, secretary, or treasurer emails have previously been notified (invited) to setup a free account. During the application process above, you will get feedback whether your lodge has Connected or is Pending. Lodges with Pending status need to sign-up for electronic payments.

We understand you may not have all the details for your recipients at this time, but we expect that your records will be updated accordingly once those decisions are made. Please apply as soon as you have commitment for lodge expenditures and have a bill.com account.

We are excited to see you once again in action in our communities and schools. Together we are making a difference.

Regards,

Brother Secretaries! Texas Masonic Charities Foundation has partnered with bill.com to provide electronic payments for our 2025 matching grants program. Each of you should have received a private email from me, following by an invitation from bill.com to signup.
Details in the first email will help with signing up in the system. Your prompt attention to this will help jumpstart our program which launches January 1st. It is our goal for all participating lodges to get epayment status by December 15th.
Thank you and God Bless for all the work you do in our lodges.
