This summer we had such a privilege of having, Joel and Pedro intern at Startup Waco!
Over the past few weeks, they’ve made a meaningful impact on our community through their hard work, positive attitudes, and willingness to jump in wherever they were needed. It’s been a privilege to watch them grow, learn, and contribute to the entrepreneurial spirit that makes Startup Waco so special.
This fall, Joel will be starting his journey at Tarleton State University, and Pedro is heading into his senior year at Midway High School. While we’re excited for what’s ahead, we’re going to miss having them around Startup Waco!
Joel and Pedro, thank you for investing your time and talents in our community. We have no doubt you’re both destined for amazing things, and we can’t wait to see where your entrepreneurial journeys take you. Keep dreaming big, working hard, and chasing every opportunity that comes your way we’ll be cheering you on every step of the way!

🚨 Member Update: Our New Startup Waco App is Here! 🚨
We’re excited to introduce the new Startup Waco app designed to make your membership experience easier than ever! 📲
Manage your account, update your payment information, unlock member access, reserve meeting rooms, and stay connected with everything happening in our community—all from one convenient place.
As part of this transition, we’re also moving to our new membership and billing system.
Important Dates
• July 31 at 11:59 PM: Our current billing system will be discontinued.
• August 1: All membership payments will begin processing through our new platform.
What You Need to Do
• Download the Startup Waco app from the Apple App Store or Google Play.
• Sign in using the same email address associated with your current membership.
• Set up your payment method to keep your membership active without interruption.
