Volunteer Opportunities: Go to The Salvation Army Waco Website and click Give Your Time to register for Community Kitchen service or Family Store Service. Thrift Store: shop/donate/volunteer: Mon-Sat, 9am-5pm (drive-up donation center open until 4:30 pm). Social Services: Mon-Thurs, 8:30am-4:30pm for food pantry, rental, utility, and rehousing help, clothing vouchers, hygiene or baby supplies & other emergency assistance. Community Kitchen: 300 Webster Ave, Waco, free meals 365 days a year. Breakfast daily at 7am (Sundays 8am). Dinner nightly at 5:30pm. Lunch Mon & Tues at noon.
