The amount of disgusting comments and vitriol from people who don’t think people in the heat deserve help if they don’t have an AC is gross. Disgusting. Demoralizing. Cowards. I see so many making comments that if I see them at church on Sunday I will call them out in public. I will call out their fake values. Some people say I’m and instigating as***le. I say I’m doing what our society has failed to do for too long, hold these fools calling this a “Christian nation” to their own “Christian” standards.
I use “Christian” for these people lightly. It’s a show for them. They don’t believe or live a a word from the Bible. And it shows.

Looking for places in Wabash County to setup camp with a 1 person tent/bivy 🏕️ and camp for cheap/free 🤑
Also looking for places to stealth camp ⛺️ around Wabash.
It would be great if I could find a place close to, or in, town that has seasonal rates.
Anything from a day to a season or longer term rates I’m Interested In as well.
I always leave things as I find them.
I have a E-Bike 🏍️ that just looks like a mountain bike I use to take my pack around.
Having a place close to a available outlet would be great but is not necessary obviously.
If you got good stealth spots 🥷 DM me 🤫
If you have heard of WWOOFing that would be the best. Willing to work for a place to setup camp.
I have a well behavedd and leashed dog with me.

This is community direct action. This is beautiful.

✨ Preserving Our Heroes' Stories: A Call to Action! 📖

Hey Wabash community! 🌟 At CROW of Wabash County, we believe in honoring and preserving the stories of our local heroes – our veterans. ✒️ The Library of Congress' Veterans History Project 📜 offers a unique opportunity for us to come together and ensure these stories live on.

🎙️ We're on a mission to gather and archive the memories of our veterans, especially our World War II heroes, as their numbers sadly decline. Their stories are the threads that weave our community's history. 🕰️

But here's the urgency – time is slipping away. If we don't act now, we risk losing these invaluable stories. Let's not only focus on our esteemed World War II veterans but also extend our hand to our younger veterans. Their experiences matter, and by capturing them now, we create a lasting tribute.

💪 Join us! We need volunteers passionate about preserving history and veterans willing to share their experiences. This initiative is by and for our community, reflecting our shared values of honor, respect, and unity.

🤝 Together, let's make sure no story goes untold. Help us preserve the rich tapestry of Wabash's veteran community. Reach out, share, and let's ensure these narratives are etched into our town's legacy.

📞 If you're a veteran or want to volunteer, comment below or send us a message. Let's show the world the strength of Wabash's support for our heroes! ✨

Thanks again to the Wabash County Museum for sharing this originally and getting an idea spurred

Do any of these handsome gentlemen look familiar to you?🤔

Back in 2010, Southwood Elementary's 5th grade students were tasked with interviewing a veteran for a project. Some of these veterans were family and some were family friends or neighbors. They were donated to the museum and just recently discovered by our Archives & Research Specialist, Alec Guenin, who shared them with the Interim Curator, Jeff Galley, since they were veteran interviews. Once Jeff had watched them, there was no doubt that they needed to get cataloged individually and placed online for people to view. Please enjoy the stories these amazing men have to share on our Youtube!🥰🎖️

Please share so the families and friends of these honorable men know their memories are being cherished.❤✨
