This past Saturday, we joined Hearing Youth Voices for a community work day!

We had a great group of people come out, and one thing’s for sure: prep work always takes longer than expected! 😅 But that’s all part of the process.

One of the best parts of being a Community Land Trust is seeing these spaces come to life and people coming together to make it happen. 💚

There’s still more work to be done! Be sure to follow Hearing Youth Voices for upcoming workdays and opportunities to get involved.

Join us Wednesday, September 30th for our New Member Orientation from 5:30–6:30PM, followed by our New London Chapter Meeting from 6:30–7:30PM.

If you’ve been part of the work but haven’t attended an orientation yet, or you’re looking to get involved, come join us. Food will be provided and children are welcome.

A new homeowner in New London! 🏡

We’re so happy to celebrate Maya Sheppard, a longtime community leader and Executive Director of Hearing Youth Voices , on closing on her new home with SECT CLT.

Maya has spent years pouring into young people and our communities, and we’re grateful that our work can help make opportunities like this possible for people who give so much back.
