Before we captured images of God in mosaics, before we gathered our stories of our Godly experiences in scrolls that eventually became the Holy Bible, before we built the great cathedrals, we communicated our awe of creation through horses in art.

Horses are drawn on cave walls more than any other animal throughout history.

They have been our allies and our spirit partner since the beginning of time. They have the ability to carry and lead us to the root and harmony of all creation - to the deepest seat of our soul.

Horses are the reason I found God.

Ain’t that the truth!!

It’s never the horses fault.

Looking outside ourselves when things aren’t going quite right is usually, if not always a recipe for disaster! The answer lies within. We need to grow and stretch to get better inside if we choose to see things around us improve.

Horses totally embody this sentiment and when we are willing, they effortlessly show us the way.
They teach me to feel life and faith.
They ask me to quiet my brain and allow my body feel.
They sense my emotions often before I do and encourage me to lead with my heart.

Softness
In a time when so much seems to be gained through intimidation, softness has amazing strength.
Softness makes everyone feel they are part of an important team - a team that has a culture of respect, confidence, integrity and willingness to serve.
If we lose softness, we lose control.
Little else counts after our limitations have been exposed.
Not much else matters when our self respect is gone.
When we resort to rudeness and rigidity, we may think we are showing our superior ability.
Instead we’re showing a weakness of our character.
The need to put someone down in hopes of looking good only reveals a real lack of softness.
It’s never been wise to under estimate the kind, soft, compassionate and understanding individual.
These are the qualities that endure and help build a better world.

Our horses have room to move!!

They live in a herd environment to encourage maximum movement and emotional stability. They have access to shelter and turn out 24/7!

They are fed hay and fresh clean water year round. As well as having access to fresh green grass when the season permits. We offer free choice loose salt and loose mineral.

Some of the horses here require extra attention. Our first line of defense is the holistic homeopathic approach as well as working with multiple veterinarians versed in both eastern and western medicine. We choose the most non invasive path first.
