Dear friends,

This weekend, three couples will arrive at the Marriage Refuge on Friday evening for a Couples Check-up. They are coming with real hopes, and some real hurts, and they have trusted us to walk alongside them for these few days.

We are asking you to pray for them.

Over the weekend we will be working together in two focused areas that shape every marriage.

Communication. Please pray that each husband and wife will listen to understand, speak with kindness, and feel truly heard by the other, maybe for the first time in a long time.

Conflict resolution. Please pray that old patterns will be broken, that they will learn to work through disagreements without wounding each other, and that forgiveness will have room to grow.

Please also pray for rest and for open hearts, and for the Lord to meet each couple right where they are. “Therefore what God has joined together, let no one separate.” (Mark 10:9)

Your prayers matter more than you know. Every weekend like this is possible because friends like you stand with us.
