Back in Huntsville, AL for another amazing Supply The Ride at Get-A-Way Skatepark.

TSP gave away 100 skateboards and hosted a skate clinic for local youth, with support from X Games and Olympic pros: Bucky Lasek, Lyn-Z Pastrana, Jordyn Barratt, Alec Beck, Lady Meek, and Reef Orlando.

Thank you to the City of Huntsville, Alabama - Government and Huntsville Parks and Recreation for supporting the day, and to our Supply The Ride partners Toy Machine and Triple 8 NYC for helping us get free gear to kids around the country.

Two weeks ago, we jumped from Ardmore, TN to Huntsville, AL for a event following Rage at The Rose.

We gave out 100 boards, and free skate lessons from X-Games & Olympic pros: Bucky Lasek, Lyn-Z Pastrana, Jordyn Barratt, Alec Beck, Lady Meek, and Reef Orlando.

Thanks to City of Huntsville, Alabama - Government and Huntsville Parks and Recreation for supporting this event.

As always, many thanks to our Supply The Ride parnters who support us with the gear to get the next generation rolling. This event saw contributions from partners Tum Yeto, Toy Machine, and Triple 8 NYC

At the end of last month, Connect festival lit up the city of Bordeaux with a weekend of programming studying and celebrating skateboarding.

The festival is a part of a movement exploring the ways skateboarding can be integrated into public spaces to build community in urban environments. Events like this are key to moving forwrd public policy that makes skateboarding more accessible.

We’re proud to support the work of Connect, and skateboarders around the world.

Last weekend, with support from The Skatepark Project and Gotham Park, our friends Red Bull Skateboarding took over The Brooklyn Banks for Red Bull Origin, a challenge-based street competition.

Building out a scale skateable subway car, and accenting the Banks with new graffiti, Red Bull paid homage to New York City skate history, while pulling together generations of New York City skateboarders.

Pros, ams, and local contestants lined up to throw down in what shaped up to be another amazing day at The Banks.

Last month, we teamed up with VF Corporation, vfc_foundation, and vans to give back to our Brooklyn community!

On their yearly service trip, volunteers from Vans and the VF family joined our local New York team for a day of stewardship and skateboarding, starting with cleaning and repainting the ramps and bowl at Owl’s Head/Millennium Skatepark alongside our Programs staff, guided by nyc_skate_coalition s airtight process (huge thanks to them for stewarding this park for years!).

Later, 20 local youth joined for another . With help from the VF crew, our team led a board build, teaching participants how to set up their own skateboard. Rain cut the skate clinic short, but everyone was stoked to roll out on brand new setups with fresh Vans!

Huge thanks to VF Corporation, vfc_foundation, and vans for making the day possible, and to our gear partners Deluxe Distribution, Chris Pyrate, and for helping us get these young people rolling! 🛹🤝

Last but not least: the full recap. The grand reopening of OG Venice skatepark, now in full, with wonderful words from Councilwoman Traci Park, local legends Dan Levy and Jesse Martinez, and TSP's CEO Benjamin Anderson Bashein.

If this event is any indication, the legacy of Venice is alive and well. We are ever grateful to work with a community as strong as this. Thank you, once again, to our project partners Nicolai Marciano, GUESS, Ishod Wair, City of Los Angeles Los Angeles City Parks, Richard Massie, and Jesse Martinez

And our event partners Burger She Wrote and DJ’s Blondie Beach Records and Tyndakut.
