Quest was founded in 2000, and Our mission is to educate each athlete and to promote growth in the skills of the sport through discipline, pride, honesty, spirit, and motivation. Founded by former softball pitcher, Jim Belch, with over fifty years of experience in men’s, women’s and girl’s fastpitch, Coach Belch has built quite a reputation in the softball community and is on his way to earning hi

s final 4th Star NFCC (National Fastpitch Coaches College) Master Coach certificate with NFCA (National Fastpitch Coaches Association), and a member since 2003. He has coached college, high school, travel ball, and has helped place pitchers and players in divisional colleges all across the country. Along with teaching the fundamentals of softball, his players learn the skills of the mental aspect of the game. They develop their skills through hard work ethics, teamwork, conditioning, and are all groomed to be “coachable” and strong players. The Quest Academy Facility located in Visalia, CA offers lessons in:
-Pitching
-Catching
-Hitting
-Defense
-Mental Training
-Sports Training
-Team Training
