Visalia Kiwanis is looking to connect with established nonprofit organizations, schools, and youth programs doing great things for children in Visalia and Tulare County.
If your organization or school has a specific project or need that directly benefits local children, please email mailto:[email protected] with the following information:
Your organization’s legal name
Federal EIN or tax identification number, if applicable
Website and physical address
Primary contact person and their position within the organization
School district or sponsoring organization, if applicable
A description of the project and the number of local children expected to benefit
The amount or type of assistance requested
An itemized explanation of how the assistance would be used
The expected timeline for completing the project
Selected organizations, schools, or youth programs may be invited to speak at one of our Tuesday meetings so our members can learn more about their work and proposed project.
We would also love to hear about upcoming community events benefiting children and families where Visalia Kiwanis could participate, volunteer, or set up a booth representing our club. Please include the event name, date, location, expected attendance, booth requirements, and any participation costs. Participation will depend on club availability and approval.
Requests from individuals or personal fundraisers will not be considered. Every organization and project will be independently verified and reviewed by our club. Additional documentation, references, receipts, or follow-up information may be requested. Any approved financial assistance will be paid only to a verified organization, school, school district, sponsoring organization, or vendor. Payments will not be made to individuals or personal payment accounts.
Submitting a request does not guarantee funding, assistance, participation in an event, or an invitation to present your idea at one of our meetings.
