Family Builders Foster Care Inc. Family Builders Foster Care Inc. (FBFC) is a private, nonprofit foster family agency that was incorporated on August 6, 2001.

FBFC focuses on quality home-finding, certified and resource parent recruitment, extensive orientation and training, effective child and family placements, and intensive case management and referral services: Home finding, placement, and case management services for minors and NMD ages 0-21 are provided by Masters level social workers in conjunction with the California Department of Social Se

rvices. FBFC is dedicated to providing stable, intensive, and therapeutic services to meet the needs of minors and NMD and families in Tulare, Kings, Madera, Kern, Fresno, and surrounding counties. Through sensitive, competent, and goal directed care, FBFC is able to help youth become successful in home, academic, and community settings.
