Our wonderful community of Visalia has had a custom-made Mural for our World War II memorial since November 11, 2006. Unfortunately, time and weather have not been friendly. The mural is now in grave condition. The panels that the art is displayed on have fallen from their mounts; they need to be restored, repaired, and remounted with stronger equipment.

A group of multiple veterans includes The American Legion Posts 18 & 785, AmVets Post 22, and Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 1864(VFW). The Visalia Veterans Mural Restoration Foundation, Inc. a.k.a. Visalia Veterans Committee is asking for the public's help. We need to raise around $70,000 to complete the project. This includes repairing damages, a full repainting, sealing the artwork properly, and remounting with stronger equipment.

Currently, the Go Fund Me is for personal donations for anyone who wishes to donate to such a great cause. As for anyone, business, or other organizations who wish to donate with a tax write-off option, the 501c3 is in progress with the IRS. We will correspond with those interested when the IRS approval is finalized.
