Ever felt like popular end-times charts read more like a Hollywood sci-fi script than the ancient story of Jesus? Or noticed how weird it is when people in church almost get excited when bad news hits the headlines, like dark days are just proof that the end is near?

That is definitely not what this book was meant to communicate.

This coming Tuesday night, a few of us are gathering at our place to start diving into the Book of Revelation together. We’re stepping away from the panic, the timeline decoding, and the doom-and-gloom, and getting back to what the Church actually found in these pages for hundreds of years: a deep, grounded story of worship, resilience, and apocalyptic poetry offering Christ-centered hope for a heavily persecuted community of Christ followers.

Whether you’ve avoided Revelation your whole life or spent years trying to decode it, we’d love for you to join us.

Unity ≠ Uniformity
Do you hear the Spirit’s call? The last words Jesus gave before being arrested, as we read in John 17, was a call for his Church to be ONE. This call for union was close to his heart as he prayed “I in them and you in me, that they may become perfectly one, so that the world may know that you sent me…” He was telling his disciples that his Church is bigger than the twelve of them, bigger than the Jews; it was ALL who believe in him. His church is bigger than your walls and grander than your family - it’s all of us. Even the ones who look different and sound unfamiliar. Yes, the ones who worship differently than you do. Even the ones who read a different Bible version than you do. And the ones who dress differently than you do.
ALL who believe in him are the Body of Christ. The Spirit is calling the body find the common ground in Him.
