Our Kimberly-Clark interns in the Skills for Work program celebrated graduation this past Thursday! 🎓🎉 We had five students participate this semester in partnership with the Neenah Joint School District and Appleton Area School District. Students worked in a number of areas across the Kimberly-Clark campus, including the Fitness Center, Cafeteria, Custodial Department, and alongside the Grounds team from Vande Hey Company, Inc..
Interns learned valuable workplace and life skills such as communication, teamwork, time management, problem-solving, and professionalism while gaining hands-on experience in a variety of work environments. 🗣️🧠 Throughout the semester, they demonstrated dedication, growth, and a positive attitude, making meaningful contributions to each department they supported.
We are proud of all they accomplished and grateful to our department teams, mentors, and community partners who helped make this experience possible. 💙 Congratulations to our graduates, and we wish them continued success in their future endeavors! 🎓
