April 23rd - 8:30AM Future Proofing You Workforce for 2030 and Beyond at the Iron Range Job Fair (Iron Trail Motors Event Center): Discover how AI, automation, and rapid technological changes are transforming Minnesota’s labor market. This session will highlight why it’s crucial for organizations to proactively prepare their workforce for shifting skill requirements and to adopt innovative talent strategies. This past week several of our board members were able to attend the MN leadership conference in Minneapolis. It’s always a great way to network with other chapters to learn best practices and take back useful information!

In November, two of our board members attended the SHRM National Volunteer Leaders Business Meeting in Cancun, Mexico. Minnesota had 14 representatives at the conference. It was a great experience, and they returned with lots of helpful information to share with the group. We can’t wait till next year!
