Last week we got to visit with the Vermilion Boise Forte head start kids , and today at the Nett Lake location! We talked to the the kids about body safety and safe adults! Thank you so much for having us , we hope to see you again next year.

A second date has been set for the Women's Safety Seminar for anyone unable to make the first!

Due to a high volume of interest, we added a second date for the Women’s Safety Seminar. 6 pm on March 23rd, 2026 at the Rock Ridge High School Fitness Center.

This class focuses on safety and awareness tips as well as some optional low-impact defensive tactics moves.

The class fills up fast so sign up today!
