VOLUNTEERS WANTED!

Our school dance is happening tomorrow night! We’re so excited and would love a few extra helping hands to make it a fantastic evening for our kids.

If you’re able to come early, we’re looking for volunteers with an arrival time between 3:30–4:30 PM to help with setup. The dance officially kicks off at 5:00 PM, and support during the event is always appreciated too.

Thank you so much for your time and support—we truly couldn’t do this without you!

OPEN HOUSE REMINDERS & LOGISTICS

We cannot wait to see all of our current and new Dolphins at Open-House on August 21. Come meet your child's teacher, drop off school supplies, and here about our focus for the year as well as classroom expectations. This year, we will be providing three session times for families to meet their needs and to allow for space and attendance in two, different teacher sessions for families with siblings at our school.

We will have one session from 1:45-2:30 p.m. for ECSE, Pre-K 4, Kindergarten, and students with sensory needs. We will have two other sessions for Grades 1-5, by alphabet for families with multiple siblings from 3:00-3:45 p.m. and from 3:50- 4:35 p.m. Please see the picture and link to the flyer in the button below.

Parking for our Open House gets crowded quickly. Please use the middle school parking lot as well as the soccer complex parking lot for overflow. Our P.E. staff will be out there to help direct traffic. Families will enter through the front door of the school and will be directed to their students’ classrooms for their open house presentation and supply drop off. When sessions are completed, parents will leave through the bus loop doors by the stairwell to help with traffic flow for the sessions.

Our PTA will be at our open house with a table selling spirit wear and providing other information on how to volunteer and join to support our school.

Class placements will be made available in ParentVue starting August 14. We will no longer be mailing letters out as the information will be posted right at you fingertips. If you do not see your child's teacher in the system by Monday, August, 18, or you need assistance accessing ParentVue, please see the directions below. Feel free to call the main office at 757-648-2880 should need more assistance.
