The SonRise Music Festival, one of Virginia’s largest Christian music festivals, is set to return to the Virginia Beach Oceanfront this Fall (September 13th & 14th). The two day family-friendly event will present prominent national Christian music artists along with a variety of local artists and bands. (On Saturday only a General Admission ticket is required for

admission). The festival is presented by SonRise Ministries, A non-profit 501(c)(3) organization which produces the SonRise Music Festival. Mission: SonRise Ministries exists to share the love of Jesus Christ,

Games, Giveaways & SonRise Fun! 🎉🔥
SonRise Music Festival 2026 wasn’t just about incredible music—it was also about having FUN! 🎯🎁 From exciting games and giveaways to volleyball and fun on the beach, there was something happening all around 24th Street Park on August 15. With Family Fun Xperience leading the charge, festivalgoers jumped in, played along, and won prizes, all day long! Thank you sponsor FFX! SonRise 2026 - some Saturday night baptism pictures! We're all so thankful for those who gave their lives to Christ and also to Christians who chose to publicly profess their faith through baptism. 🥹😇🫶🙏

Look at those waves! Those who stepped into the ocean that night evidently had a lot of faith. 🏖️💙

Celebrating the Heart Behind SonRise! ❤️🙌
Join me in giving a HUGE shout-out to Trina Olson Keeny, Founder and CEO of SonRise, whose vision, faith, perseverance, and passion have helped bring this celebration of worship, music, community, and hope to life year after year. What began from Trina’s own journey of finding healing through worship has grown into a festival that brings churches, families, beachgoers, musicians, ministries, businesses, and the Hampton Roads community together to shine a light with the hope of Jesus. Trina, your “yes” to God has made an impact far beyond what one person could imagine—and SonRise 2026 was another powerful chapter in that story! We are so thankful for our festival emcee Shannon Kendrick and co-emcee Michelle Littman! They kept everyone involved, informed and entertained throughout the day with warmth, energy and enthusiasm! Shannon is a Virginia Beach leader, public speaker, consultant, and advocate who has served in government, economic development, international affairs, nonprofit leadership, and on the Virginia Beach School Board. We were honored to have Shannon serve as Emcee for SonRise Music Festival 2026, bringing her leadership, energy, and passion to the stage! Our Co-Emcee Michelle Littman is a wife, mama, Mimi, worship leader, pastor, teacher, speaker, and community leader who has a heart on fire for Jesus and a gift for bringing people together — through worship, faith, and radical community love.
