Mission Give Back Foundation's goal is to give back to those who serve, and their families.
When it comes to supporting our nation’s military, veteran and first-responder communities, we take our commitment to these heroes and their families seriously. We show our support by offering veteran employment and training, military and first responder family support and wounded warrior assistance.
The ADS Mission Give Back Foundation takes those efforts a step further, allowing the company to more efficiently raise and distribute charitable financial support and organize volunteer efforts. In the future, the Foundation anticipates hosting fundraising events that interested members of the public will be able to contribute to and enjoy as a community.
ADS also implemented a new policy that will provide every employee with an additional paid day off for volunteer activities every year. “The Foundation will continue to be an outlet for employees who embraced our Mission Give Back program and are looking for more ways to get involved,” said Wallace, CEO.
To kick off the new Foundation, ADS hosted a donation event for employees on Friday, April 27th. ADS team members were encouraged to wear purple in honor of the Month of the Military Child. In turn, ADS donated $100 to the Foundation for every person that wore purple. They raised more than $25,000.
