Hearts & Homes

Hearts & Homes is dedicated to providing and maintaining homes for adults with developmental disabilities in Virginia Beach.

Our organization currently owns 10 homes serving 51 individuals. These homes range from townhomes and condominiums, with space for two adults who live, work and socialize within the community with some support services, to several ICFMR group homes for medically fragile individuals who need round-the-clock care. We have also helped to build two large ICFMR residences, known as BizNet Village which

includes Jenny's Place and Terry's Place, through a public/private partnership with the City of Virginia Beach, and the non-profit Virginia Beach Community Development Corporation.

Thanks to everyone who came out to the Summer Soirée to benefit Hearts & Homes today! We enjoyed great music, food and even better company. We even got to sing Happy Birthday to one of our residents! Special thanks to Jen for hosting us for a second year and to her staff for treating us like family. We are so blessed to continue this work into our 33rd year. ❤️🏠❤️
