On Tuesday, May 26, 2026, members from Vigilant Watch Inc, FEMA VA. Task Force 2, Suffolk Fire and Rescue met up for a ramp delivery and install for a Chesapeake Firefighter’s father who recently suffered a medical emergency. Vigilant Watch truly appreciates the volunteers and support from our local communities to continue our mission to support Hampton Roads 1st Responders!

2026 Guns N Hoses Charity Hockey Game

Join us at Scope Arena for the 16th Annual Guns & Hoses charity hockey game on March 7th, 2026. Local police officers and firemen will battle it out on the Admirals ice to raise money for Vigilant Watch, a non profit that supports first responders who have encountered physical, mental, or financial hardship.

The event will kick off in the Scope Exhibition Hall at 12pm with live music, fire trucks, police vehicles and more! Doors Open to Scope Arena at 1pm, and pregame ceremonies begin at 2pm. All tickets sold through this link are good for both the Guns N Hoses game at 2pm, and the Norfolk Admirals game at 7:05PM.

Your assigned seat will only apply to the 7:05pm Admirals game. Seating for the Guns N Hoses game is GENERAL ADMISSION in the arena bowl!!

Abby Roads Check Presentation To Vigilant Watch Inc February 24, 2026.

Back in January 2026, the 18th Annual “Burnin Down The House” party was held at the Abby Road Pub & Restaurant. VBFD Family and friends gather for this yearly event. This year all the proceeds went to Vigilant Watch Inc. to help the area 1st Responders. Vigilant Watch Inc would like to thank Abby Road and its staff for hosting this event and to all the individuals in attendance.
