THE TIME IS HERE - ANNUAL OPTIMIST ORATORICAL CONTEST
Area students are encouraged to speak their minds about the topic “What the World Gains from Optimism”

Who: Students under the age of 18 as of October 1, 2016.

How To Enter: Interested students submit an application to the Optimist Club of Virginia Beach via email to [email protected], or via mail to P.O. Box 9310, Virginia Beach, VA 23450.

Application Deadline: April 18, 2016

Contest on speech on the pre-assigned topic to be held on Thursday, April 20, 2016 from 7-9 pm.

Winners have the opportunity to receive a scholarship of up to $2,500.
