Vanilla Buttercream Frosting
Ingredients:
1 cup unsalted butter, softened
4 cups powdered sugar
1/4 cup whole milk
Two teaspoons of pure vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Instructions:
Beat Butter:
In a large bowl, beat the softened butter until creamy and smooth.
Add Sugar:
Gradually add the powdered sugar, one cup at a time, beating well after each addition.
Add Milk and Vanilla:
Add the milk, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Beat until smooth and fluffy.
Frost Cupcakes:
Once the cupcakes are completely cooled, frost them with the vanilla buttercream using a piping bag or a spatula.
Decorate (Optional):
Decorate with sprinkles, chocolate shavings, or any toppings of your choice.
