Just need to put a couple things to note out today. Hang in there because it’s a little long.
1. If you placed an order after 1pm yesterday, I will be at the school tomorrow to deliver your student’s order.
** I (Ashley-PTA Treasurer) am active duty Navy and I have duty today, so I am unable to get to the school today. Tiffany (PTA President) has to work today also.
2. If you received the wrong size shirt, please message us or email us ([email protected]) and let us know. You can send the shirt back and give it to the teacher. Please message the teacher on Seesaw to let them know it needs to be swapped out. I am reaching out to the front office to inform the teachers that we may have a few swaps and to have the teachers drop the shirts off in the office. I apologize if you received the wrong size. It’s a lot of orders and I am only one person.
3. We were unaware that the long sleeve shirts are actually crewneck sweatshirts until we received them. If you are still ok with that, great. If not, please return your shirt and we can refund you or you can wait for the next round of orders to go in for actual long sleeve tees. So sorry for any confusion.
Please be patient and understanding as this is a new process for all involved. Once orders are received and we reach our minimum order quotas, we have to directly reach out to OnieTonie to place the order. There is no online ordering system we go through. It is direct contact with the company. Another round of preorders will begin on March 1st and end March 31st. This will be our last order for the school year. Thank you for your understanding and support as we get the hang of this new ordering process.
