New This Year: A Full Day of Ideals Constellation Work Thursday, November 12, 10 a.m.–4 p.m.

This new full day is devoted to the Ideals Constellation process — an embodied, three-dimensional way of connecting with your highest and best self, your Spiritual Ideal.

The body often "knows" before the mind does — moving more slowly and deeply than analytical thought. This process invites you into conversation with your body's wisdom: learning its language, trusting its intuition, and shaping what you discover into a clear statement of your Spiritual Ideal — something you can return to as a guide and inspiration.
