Maybe it’s when someone remembers your name. When you’re invited to join in. When your contribution matters. Or when you can simply be yourself without having to explain.

At Vanguard Landing, we’re building more than beautiful homes and gathering spaces. We’re nurturing a neighborhood where people are known, valued, and needed.

Now it’s your turn—what makes a place feel like home to you?

It’s 9/25, and you know what that means… Happy Dolly Day from Vanguard Landing! 💖✨

Our VGL family brought the pink, the sparkle, and plenty of Dolly spirit today. We even made our own Coat of Many Colors together for this very occasion—each colorful piece a little different, and all the more beautiful when brought together. 🌈

Dolly Parton has changed the world through her music, her generosity, and the way she makes people feel seen and loved. We’re proud to celebrate her today and share a little of that joy with you. Swipe through to see our Dolly Day crew! 🤠💕

Good neighbors help one another—and our residents were excited to lend a hand! 💙

The Vanguard Landing crew helped stuff swag bags throughout the day yesterday for our new neighbors at White Oak Manor as they prepared for their Grand Opening today. We hope Kirbor Homes and the entire White Oak Manor team have a wonderful event and feel warmly welcomed to the neighborhood! 🏡✨

Our residents are eager for more opportunities to contribute, build job skills, and serve businesses and organizations throughout our community. If you have a project—such as assembling packets, stuffing bags, preparing event materials, organizing supplies, or another task our residents could help complete—we would love to hear from you!

Please reach out and let us know how Vanguard Landing residents can be of service. Meaningful work creates purpose, connection, confidence, and stronger communities for everyone.
