The FOUNDer Collective

The FOUNDer Collective Catalyzing Marketplace Ministers for Christ! A mobilized church - weekly discipleship for leaders. It's time to mobilize the marketplace ministers!

A Movement of Mission-Driven
FOUNDERS, INNOVATORS & TRAIL BLAZERS

As a movement we empower and equip Kingdom leaders to rest in their identity (their being is a reflection of His being), reunite their brand to the ultimate seal and covering of the blood of Jesus, and rediscover their business mission in the foundation of the Great Commission. We are the mobilized church!

🔨 What is a FOUNDER? A

Founder, in the Kingdom context, isn’t just someone who starts a business, brand, ministry, or movement. A Founder is a builder of foundations—a person commissioned by God to establish something that others will grow upon, anchored in the truth and leadership of Jesus Christ. According to Ephesians 2:20, our lives—and the missions we build—are meant to be established on:

The revelation of Jesus (the Chief Cornerstone) 🪨

The prophetic and apostolic foundation laid through faith and obedience

A calling that connects Heaven’s blueprint with Earth’s ex*****on 🌍

🙌 A Kingdom Founder Is:

📖 Rooted in Truth – You don’t build for trends. You build for eternity.

🔥 Spirit-Led & Apostolically Activated – Your foundation is guided by revelation and obedience.

🌱 Legacy-Minded – What you’re building isn’t just for now—it’s for generations.

🤝 Connected to the Body – You recognize your mission is interwoven with others in the Kingdom.

🧱 A Culture-Shaper – Whether in business, ministry, education, or media, you shape the future by building today. So, Are You a Founder? If God has given you a vision to establish, create, or pioneer something that brings Kingdom impact to the world—you are a Founder. The Founder Table weekly and the annual Founder Con is where you gather with others like you to refine the vision, receive fresh strategy, and activate your assignment.

Something big is coming to The Hub 757 this November and you do NOT want to miss it. 🔥

FounderCon 2026 is a 2.5 day experience built for Christian entrepreneurs, leaders, pastors, creators, and business builders who are done doing it alone and ready to build something that actually matters.

We are talking real connection. Real strategy. Real transformation.

This is not another conference where you collect a notebook full of notes and go home the same person. People walk in looking for answers and walk out with a renewed sense of God IN their business, connections that become collaborators, and a fire they did not expect.

In 4 years, nearly 30 people have been baptized at FounderCon. That says everything. 🙌

It's not who you are on Sunday that defines your witness in business.

It's who you are on a Tuesday. On a Friday afternoon when you're done and there's one more person in front of you.

It's the client you missed. The moment you didn't get right. And your ability to circle back, say "I missed it," and do better.

When we answer to Him instead of them, our businesses reflect something deeper than strategy — they reflect character.

The building is just a building without you in it.

You are the church — and that means you carry it into your business every single week. Into the decisions you make. Into the way you treat people. Into the standard you hold yourself to.

2 Corinthians 5:16 says we no longer regard anyone according to the flesh. That starts with how we see ourselves. We are called. We are light. We are salt.

So if you're doing business and you're not doing it for Him — as a Christian, that says something about the church, whether we like it or not.

You follow up in business — 5 to 8 touch points, right? But what about your prayer life?

We pray once. Maybe twice. And when it doesn't come through, we start shifting it, manipulating it, second-guessing what was probably a heart desire of the Father from the start. What if the follow-up was the missing piece?

Speed over perfection applies to your heart posture too. Don't stop short of the glory.

One of the most freeing shifts I've made in business is realizing I'm not ultimately answering to my customers.

That doesn't mean I ignore feedback.

In fact, some of the most valuable growth comes from being willing to hear hard truths and honest critiques.

But there's a difference between being teachable and being controlled by everyone's opinion.

When your identity is tied to praise, criticism will crush you.

When your identity is tied to God, feedback becomes information—not a verdict on your worth.

You can listen.
You can learn.
You can improve.

And then you can release what isn't yours to carry.

As Christian business owners, our first responsibility isn't to make everyone happy.

It's to faithfully steward what God has entrusted to us.

Serve people well.
Stay teachable.
Keep growing.

But remember who you're ultimately accountable to.

06/07/2026

What if the thing holding you back isn't a lack of strategy...

It's that you've gotten comfortable shrinking?

At some point, God put a dream on your heart.

A business.
A mission.
A way to serve people.

And somewhere along the way, visibility started feeling uncomfortable.

Posting feels vulnerable.
Selling feels awkward.
Sharing your expertise feels too bold.

So you pull back.

You stay quiet.
You play small.
You wait until you're "ready."

But what if the next step isn't about becoming more qualified?

What if it's simply about being seen?

Ask yourself:

👉 Where am I shrinking in my business?
👉 What am I avoiding because it feels uncomfortable?
👉 What's one concrete step I can take this week to become more visible and aligned with my calling?

The people you're called to serve can't find a light that's hidden.

Take the bushel off.

Let it shine.

06/02/2026

Maybe it’s time to stop hiding.

Your voice.
Your story.
Your business.
Your calling.
Your light.

The people you’re called to help cannot find you if you keep shrinking yourself.

What you carry has the power to change someone’s business.
Their confidence.
Their relationships.
Even their life.

But only if you let yourself be seen.

No more putting your light under a basket because you’re afraid of judgment, criticism, or visibility.

The world does not need more hidden women with powerful gifts.

It needs women willing to shine.

The conversation was great!

Stop answering to people more than you answer to God.

Not your customers.
Not your audience.
Not your team.
Not even your family.

When you build your business from that place, everything changes.

You stop performing.
You stop striving for approval.
You stop filtering your calling through everyone else’s expectations.

You begin stewarding what God actually asked you to do.

And here’s what’s wild:
When you see yourself that way, you start seeing other people differently too.

Not just as difficult customers.
Not as interruptions.
Not as “not ideal.”

But as people created by God and worthy of being served well.

You don’t have to plaster “Christian business owner” all over your profile.

But if people spend enough time around you…
they should experience it.

The fact that you're hearing this?
Faith is already being produced in you.

You don't have to manufacture it.
You don't have to work for it.
You just have to hear.

And the skeptic who's been listening but not quite believing?

God says — you're next.

Not in spite of your doubt.
Because of what He's been building through it. 🔥
