❤️💙 THIS is what makes KMS so special! 💛❤️
I absolutely love seeing our teachers recognized for all the ways they show up for our kids — not only in the classroom, but everywhere in between.
Mr. Grillo is such a great example of what it means to be The Heart of the Braves! From teaching and directing the One Act Play to being that unmistakable voice on Friday nights and even jumping in at parent pickup — he truly shows up.
So well deserved, Mr. Grillo! Thank you for pouring into our Braves and helping make KMS a place our kids can be proud to call their school. ❤️💛💙

Mr. Grillo brings positivity, kindness, and an incredible amount of school spirit to KMS. In his 6th grade Social Studies classroom, he holds students to high expectations while always treating them with respect. Even when correcting a student, his calm approach reminds us that accountability and kindness can go hand in hand.

But Mr. Grillo’s impact reaches far beyond his classroom. 🎭 He directs our One Act Play, giving students opportunities to step outside their comfort zones and shine. 🏈 On football nights, he is the unmistakable Voice of the Braves, bringing energy and excitement to the stadium.

And sometimes, it’s the little things that say the most. You’ll often find him outside helping with parent pickup—even though it isn’t his assigned duty—simply because he sees a place where he can help.

Teacher. Director. Announcer. Encourager. Role Model.

Mr. Grillo, thank you for showing up for our students and our school in so many different ways. Your positivity, kindness, and enthusiasm make KMS a better place.

Just FOUR days ago we were celebrating 140 PTA members and saying we only needed 10 more to hit our next goal.
Well… FOUR MORE BRAVES HAVE JOINED! 🎉
