Dear valued residents, I am Ms. Vazquez, and I have had the privilege of serving on our community's pool committee for the past three years. Our pool was a hub of activity last year, enjoyed by both young families and long-time residents alike. To ensure an accurate count for pool passes, please complete the record of residence form. We will be convening our monthly meeting this Tuesday at 7:00 p.m. at the clubhouse, and your participation and feedback are crucial in making this summer enjoyable for everyone. Happy Holidays! Please ensure that you secure your doors and remain vigilant. Yesterday, my security cameras captured footage of a group of at least six teenagers navigating driveways and inspecting cars and houses. I was able to intervene in a timely manner as they were inspecting my neighbor's residence while one of them served as a lookout. They were traveling on bicycles, and none of them appeared to be older than sixteen. Although this incident may be attributed to youthful mischief, it is still prudent to remember to lock your vehicle doors and house doors. Please prioritize your safety.
